The reservation is only
valid after acceptance by The Management and
is dependent on availability. We reserve the
right to refuse or cancel bookings due to
major incidents beyond our control. Bookings
are to named individuals only and are not
transferable.
A deposit of 35 euros and a booking fee of
15 euros must be sent by cheque with the booking
form. The balance must be paid on arrival.

| Cancellation |

By
The Management,
If bookings are cancelled by The Management
because of major incidents beyond their control
or reasons concerning the campsite itself,
the client will receive a full refund of all
money paid.
By the Client,
All cancellations must be made in writing.
More than 30 days before the date of the holiday;
the deposit and booking fee will be forfeited.
Less than 30 days before the date of the holiday;
the full cost of the holiday will be due.
In all cases the booking fee will not be refunded.
******Cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances,
bereavement or serious family illness, will
be viewed in a sympathetic fashion.*********
Late arrival.
If no contact has been made during the 24
hours following the expected time of arrival,
The Management may re-let the pitch and all
money paid will be forfeited.
*****In the event that the pitch can not be
re-let the full cost of the holiday will be
due.****
For weekly rentals, the earliest arrival time
is 1600 hours the Saturday and the absolute
latest arrival time is 2000 hours. Departure
time is before 1000 hours on the Saturday
with a pitch inspection having been completed.
Each client must respect the rules of the
Camping (which have been ratified by The Prefecture/County
Hall and are displayed in the Reception area
and Toilet Block ) in particular, those concerning
noise nuisance and animals. All animals must
be kept on a lead and must not be left alone
on the pitch. Vaccination logbooks must be
presented on arrival. No fouling of the campsite,
the games room or the open spaces will be
tolerated and is strictly forbidden. Dogs
classified as ‘dangerous dogs’
by The Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 will not be
permitted.
THE LOCAL TOURIST TAX IS DUE IN ADDITION TO
THE RENTAL CHARGE.
