The reservation is only valid after acceptance by The Management and is dependent on availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings due to major incidents beyond our control. Bookings are to named individuals only and are not transferable.

A deposit of 25 % of the price and a booking fee of 15 euros must be sent by cheque with the booking form. The balance must be paid on arrival. A damage deposit of 200 euros will be asked for; this will be refunded after a satisfactory inventory and damage check on the day of departure. Any loss or damage will be deducted from the deposit. In no eventuality can the deposit be considered as a limit of responsibility. A fixed cleaning charge of 60 euros will deducted if the mobile home is not returned in a clean state.

Cancellation

By The Management,
If bookings are cancelled by The Management because of major incidents beyond their control or reasons concerning the campsite itself, the client will receive a full refund of all money paid.

By the Client
All cancellations must be made in writing. More than 30 days before the date of the holiday; the deposit and booking fee will be forfeited. Less than 30 days before the date of the holiday; the full cost of the holiday will be due. In all cases the booking fee will not be refunded.

Late arrival.

If no contact has been made during the 24 hours following the expected time of arrival, The Management may re-let the accommodation and all money paid will be forfeited.

For weekly rentals, the earliest arrival time is 1600 hours on Saturday and the absolute latest arrival time is 2000 hours. Departure time is before 1000 hours on the Saturday, with the inventory/damage check and the client cleaning having been completed.

Each client must respect the rules of the Camping (which have been ratified by The Prefecture/County Hall and are displayed in the Reception area and Toilet Block ) in particular, those concerning noise nuisance and animals. All animals must be kept on a lead and must not be left alone either shut in the mobile home or in the garden area. Vaccination logbooks must be presented on arrival. No fouling of the campsite, the games room or the open spaces will be tolerated and is strictly forbidden. Dogs of more than 10 kilos will not be permitted.

The price of the Mobile Home includes: water, electricity (10 amp/3kw), kitchen utensils, cleaning materials, crockery, garden furniture, pillows, and duvets with covers. SHEETS, PILLOWCASES AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED. THE LOCAL TOURIST TAX IS DUE IN ADDITION TO THE RENTAL CHARGE.
