    Pen Armor cottage - 6 people / 3 bedrooms

    Breton house overlooking a lovely little private garden with a covered outdoor terrace. Located in the hamlet of Tannée in the commune of Saint-Coulomb, between Cancale and Saint-Malo. 900m from Duguesclin beach, accessible on foot. Completely renovated while respecting its original character, it offers all the comforts of a traditional home.

    The cottage comprises, on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, gas hob, dishwasher, and washing machine. Access from the kitchen leads to a covered outdoor terrace. There is a spacious living room with windows overlooking the private garden, a large dining table, and a lounge area. A walk-in shower and WC complete this level. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: a suite with a double bed (140x190cm) opening onto a suspended outdoor terrace, a bathroom, and a separate WC; a second bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm); and a third bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm). Private parking is available in front of the cottage. TV and Wi-Fi are provided.

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

    • Weekly stays, from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in from 4 pm, check-out by 10 am.
    • Tourist tax is extra: €1.35 per day per person over 18 years old. Booking fee of €15.
    • In the accommodations, pillows, a duvet, and two blankets per bed are provided. You must bring your own linens, sheets, and pillowcases.
    • A baby kit (bathtub, high chair or booster seat, travel cot) can be rented upon request at the time of booking.
    • Pets are not allowed, except for guide dogs for the blind, which are accepted free of charge.
    • Two vehicles are included in the rental price; each additional vehicle is charged at €2 per day.
    • Accepted payment methods: credit card and bank transfer.
