Any complaint relating to a stay must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 30 days of the stay to the following address:
Camping Duguesclin – Rue de Tannée - 35350 SAINT-COULOMB.

In accordance with Article L. 612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer, subject to Article L.612-2 of the French Consumer Code, has the option of submitting a request for amicable resolution through mediation, within one year of their written complaint to the establishment.

This establishment has designated SAS Médiation Solution as its consumer mediation entity, through a registered membership under number 31161/VA/2201.
