How to get there: access to Camping Duguesclin
Camping Duguesclin, your natural seaside holiday destination, is ideally located in Saint-Coulomb, between the pirate town of Saint-Malo and the oyster port of Cancale. Find all the information you need to easily reach your destination here.
1. By car, van and motorhome (direct access)
Your satnav will take you straight to us using our address and precise coordinates.
- Full address: Rue de Tannée, 35350 Saint-Coulomb
- GPS coordinates: 48.6865554, -1.8898248
- Main route: Take the N176 (the expressway connecting Saint-Malo and Rennes) then follow the signs for Cancale on the D76. Signs will then direct you to Saint-Coulomb and Guesclin beach.

2. By train and public transport
Opt for eco-friendly travel by choosing the train, then local transport.
- Nearest TGV station: Rennes.
Take a TGV to Rennes, then the TER line to Saint-Malo.
If you are coming by TGV from Paris Montparnasse station, there is a direct line to Saint Malo, taking just 2 hours and 20 minutes by train.
- From Saint-Malo station:
- Take bus number 5 (Saint-Malo/Cancale line).
- Nearest stop: Get off at the Hérican stop in Saint-Coulomb.
- From the Bus to the Campsite: The campsite is only 800 metres from the Hérican bus stop, which is about a 10-minute easy walk.
3. Access for hikers (GR34) and cyclists (Accueil Vélo)
Your nature trail is all mapped out! We are proud of our "Accueil Vélo" and "Étape Rando Bretagne labels".
For hikers:
The GR34 (Sentier des Douaniers) coastal path passes just 900 metres from the campsite. We are ideally located on the section between Saint-Malo and Le Mont-Saint-Michel.
- Access: From Guesclin beach, take Rue de la Basse Ville Enoux, which climbs towards the hamlet of Tannée (accessible on foot and by bicycle all year round). Turn left onto the dirt track and follow it to the end. Then turn left between the two houses: the campsite is 100 metres further on.
- Our services for hikers:
- Secure area: Leave your rucksack and equipment in complete safety in our covered, locked room.
- Refreshments: Our bar/terrace offers hot/cold drinks, breakfasts and snacks. In summer, food trucks are on site.
- Washing machine: A washing machine is available on the campsite to freshen up your walking gear.
- Accommodation solution for walkers travelling without equipment: We offer the Tithôme, a well-equipped and secure accommodation option. Please note: bookings are limited to one night for hikers (outside the high season, i.e. mid-June to mid-September).
If the Tithôme is not available, we offer tent rental (2 people).
For cyclists:
- Secure storage: Your bicycles are safe in our covered, locked storage area.
- Free repair kit: A pump and basic tools are available free of charge for minor repairs.
- E-bike charging: Reinforced sockets are available for safely charging your electric bicycle (e-bike).
- Accommodation solution:
- Le Tithôme, a well-equipped and secure accommodation.
Reservations are possible for 1 night only outside the high season (mid-June to mid-September). - If Le Tithôme is not available, we offer tent rental (capacity 2 people).
