A charming cottage, adjoining "Pen Armor," overlooking a lovely little private garden. Located 900m from the sea and Duguesclin beach (15-minute walk).
Our Pen Ty cottage is located in the hamlet of Tannée in Saint-Coulomb, between Saint-Malo and Cancale.
Completely renovated while respecting its original character, this cottage offers the comfort of a home with a terrace, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a living room with exposed stone walls, and a fully equipped kitchen including a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, and dishwasher. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x90cm) and the other with two single beds (90x190cm). The living area is 45m². Private parking is available in front of the cottage. TV and Wi-Fi are provided.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Weekly stays, from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in from 4 pm, check-out by 10 am.
- Tourist tax is extra: €1.35 per day per person over 18 years old. Booking fee of €15.
- In the accommodations, pillows, a duvet, and two blankets per bed are provided. You must bring your own linens, sheets, and pillowcases.
- A baby kit (bathtub, high chair or booster seat, travel cot) can be rented upon request at the time of booking.
- Pets are not allowed, except for guide dogs for the blind, which are accepted free of charge.
- Two vehicles are included in the rental price; each additional vehicle is charged at €2 per day.
- Accepted payment methods: credit card and bank transfer.
